Privacy policy

Only Pros is operated by Unified Growth, doing business as Only Pros ("we"). This policy covers the businesses that use Only Pros and the customers those businesses serve.

What we collect

• Business accounts: names, emails, phone numbers and login details of the people who use Only Pros.
• Customer records a business keeps in Only Pros: names, phone numbers, emails, service addresses, job and visit details, estimates, invoices and payments, and the texts, emails and calls between the business and its customers.
• Payment details for paid services are collected and stored by Stripe; we only keep the card brand, last four digits and expiry.
• Basic technical information, like log entries, needed to run and secure the service.

How it's used

To provide the service: scheduling, messaging, invoicing and payments, billing for optional paid services, support, security and fixing problems. Each business's data is kept separate and is only visible to that business and to Only Pros staff who need it to support them.

Text messages and phone numbers

Mobile numbers and texting consent are used only to send the messages described in our text message terms. We never sell, rent or share mobile numbers or texting consent with anyone for their own marketing. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.

Who we share with

Only the service providers that run Only Pros for us, each only for that purpose: hosting and database (Vercel, Supabase), calls and texts (Twilio), email (Resend) and card payments (Stripe). We may also share information when the law requires it.

Keeping and deleting data

A business can export its data and close its account at any time. [To be decided: how long data is kept after an account closes, and how a customer can ask a business to delete their information.]
