Text message terms

Only Pros is software that home-service businesses (plumbers, electricians, HVAC and similar) use to run their business. Only Pros is operated by Unified Growth, doing business as Only Pros. When you book or request service from a business that uses Only Pros, that business may send you text messages through Only Pros.

What you'll get

Messages about the service you asked for: booking confirmations, appointment reminders, "on my way" updates, estimates and invoices, and replies to messages you send. A business may also send occasional offers if you agreed to receive them. Message frequency varies with your appointments.

How you agree

You agree to get these texts when you give your mobile number to the business: when booking online (the booking form says so next to the Book button), by phone, in person, or by texting the business first. Agreeing isn't a condition of buying anything.

Stopping texts and getting help

Reply STOP to any message to stop getting texts from that business. You'll get one message confirming you've been unsubscribed. Reply START to sign up again. Reply HELP for help, or contact the business directly.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
